Our menus tend to change with the seasons, the occasions or simply my mood!

All our food is made at Hatters HQ and I try and use local and seasonal produce whenever I can.

We are lucky to have our own wee orchard so have an abundance of Newburgh apples and pears to play with, we also grow our own salad, herbs and edible flowers.

Also look out for foraged additions to our unique changing menus.
